By accessing or using CapyCode ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Research and Data Usage Agreement

IMPORTANT: By measuring, accessing, or using the Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your usage data, code submissions, and interaction logs may be used for educational research and machine learning training purposes. This participation is a condition of using the Service.

Submit malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person.

4. Intellectual Property
